The Details Editors are two editors, Details By Asset
and Details By Period, that offer alternative access to 13 different fields for
each asset and period combination.
This allows the ability to set detailed information by asset that varies over
time period by period. Some of the key
fields include:
Income Tax Rate
This is an alternative to the internal tax tables.
Short-Term Capital Gains Tax Rate
This is an alternative to the internal tax tables.
Long-Term Capital Gains Tax Rate
This is an alternative to the internal tax tables.
Market Value Tax Rate
This is a flat tax rate used for special assets and
some international tax jurisdictions.
Income Growth
This allows changes to an asset expected income return
set in the Asset Editor. It is for
modeling economic scenarios or statistical distribution shifts.
Capital Gains Growth
This allows changes to an asset expected capital gain
return set in the Asset Editor. It
is for modeling economic scenarios or statistical distribution shifts.
Weight Minimum
This sets weight minimums for the optimizer on a per
period basis.
Weight Maximum
This sets weight maximums for the optimizer on a per
period basis.
Level Restriction
This is a weight restriction based on current period
market value. The options are Buy
Only, Sell Only or Hold.
